Tim Loveless :: Photographer

In the summer of 2009 Oxford Archaeology, under the auspices of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission, excavated several mass graves from the First World War close to the village of Fromelles in Northern France. A comprehensive photographic record was made of all phases of the process; these selected images illustrate the environment of the project and the methodologies employed.
